Tax Exempt Status: The Madaket Land Trust has received IRS approval to become a public charity. This status is being established over a five‑year period that began May 1, 2024. Your contributions remain fully tax deductible. This change positions MLT to attract support from leading foundations and institutional funders, broadening and strengthening our base of support. MLT is also able to accept donations from donor‑advised funds and qualify for corporate matching gifts.
